Blocking of Rainwater Collection. State by State.

Rainwater harvesting legislation -  It has finally come, the government restricting a property owner from collection of rainwater.  Colorado had some of the nation’s strictest rainwater harvest laws, essentially prohibiting the practice, also did you know less than 3% of the total rainfall actually reached a stream or even the ground.
